TVOKids Cake Artist

Learn all about colour, texture, and colour value while you help Princess P serve delicious cakes to all her customers!

Children are required to follow instructions to make cakes according to customers' orders. They need to build the cake, choosing the right number of layers (up to 3), color of icing (by mixing primary colors), shade of icing (light, medium or dark), texture of icing (waves, straight lines, zigzags or latticed), and the right decoration (flowers, stars, candles, smileys, strawberries or rainbows). When the cake is finished, a score out of five is given. There are three customers per round, and six rounds altogether. Players need to get at least three of the five order requests correct to keep the customer happy, and two happy customers out of the three earns players a badge for their apron.
