Get Organized with Evernote

Are you a list maker? Do you like to take notes at meetings? I write them in random notebooks or on sheets of paper and then lose it over time. This was a huge problem for me until I found Evernote. This free app allows all of your needed information to be stored in one place and accessed from the internet or any device. Whether working online, on Android or on iOS, a user will have access to all of his documents. Besides taking notes, use it for to-do lists and grocery lists. So many ways to use it, and it's free!

If you would like to download Evernote (free), please support Smart Apps for Android by using our link:

There are no ads or external links. There is an in-app purchase to upgrade to premium version for offline access, passcode lock and more features. There is also a market within the app to purchase products.

Evernote provides a great organizational resource at your fingertips. Create a variety of notebooks to organize different notes. As a teacher, I was able to create folders for different children to store data. These notebooks can even be shared between users, such as sharing a family cookbook or to-do list. Notebooks can be set up for work, home and every other area of a person's life to keep information together.

Not only can notes be typed into Evernote, but pictures can be uploaded and sound clips can be recorded. Record a child reading to compare over time or record a speaker to go back and listen to later. These recordings will be embedded into a note for easy access. Emails can even be sent into Evernote as attachments to group with related information. If typing is taking too long, the app allows handwriting also. This can be fun to use and to embed into a note also.

Another way to organize the notes through the app is to tag them. The tags can be accessed from the menu, just as easily as the notebooks, to see the notes that are grouped together in this way. Having different ways to categorize notes is a wonderful feature of this app.

There are so many great ways to use Evernote, and users are coming up with new ones every day. Some of my favorite ways are to use it is for a cookbook, to take pictures of and upload children's work to keep easily and as a to-do list. It is a great place to keep medical information for easy access when needed in an emergency. This app can be accessed from any device, so most people will have it with them everywhere. Any information that you may need on the go can be kept here.

I cannot even begin to state all the different ways this app can be used. The possibilities are endless. The free version of this app allows individuals to do so much, but there is the option to upgrade to a premium app, if needed. The premium will allow larger upload sizes, offline access to notes and more. I highly recommend this app to help with daily organization. It is super easy to use and easily accessible. Enjoy organization at your fingertips. Try it out today.
