Wind-up Knight 2... It's FREE & it's fun! (good free Android apps)

When I downloaded it today, I really wasn't expecting Wind-up Knight 2 to be quite so fun , but what a wonderful surprise it was. I downloaded it for play on my Kindle, and then I couldn't get my son to hand it back over for me to try out. Then I realized it was also compatible with our FireTV* and all of the sudden the whole family was in on the fun.

We've been taking our little knight over bridges and up walls, collecting coins and fighting hippogriffs. It's a race against time as the little knight's clockwork winds down, so make sure you collect as many time keys as you can. We've learned to jump and roll and double-jump our way from level to level. It's good, clean fun for the whole family.

I knew right off that I would like Wind-up Knight 2 because it has hippogriffs in it and the app's description contains the phrase "Wind-up Knight 2 turns all the dials up to 11." These folks are after my own heart.

*I'll be telling y'all more about my FireTV soon, if I can stop playing with it long enough to write about it.

No ads, but there are in-app purchases (that aren't necessary to play the game) and external links, so set your device accordingly.

Remember, only an app's developer can control the price of an app. This app was verified as free at the time of this post.
